How to use the webshop
Finding items
There are several ways to find the item you are looking for:
In the menu on the left, you can navigate to the right product through categories. To be able to shop and see prices, you must be logged in as a customer. When logged in as a customer, you can also click on the "Quick Order" button in the menu above. This function is quick and convenient if you already know the item numbers of the products you want to order. You can also use our search function to find products. Enter your search term in the field and then click "Search". When you find a product you are interested in, click "Buy" and the product will be added to your shopping cart.
Shopping Cart
By clicking "Buy", the item is added to your shopping cart. The shopping cart is always displayed at the top right of the page. Here you can see the number of items and the total order amount. If you need to make changes to the shopping cart, click on the "To Checkout" button next to the shopping cart.
Checkout
When you have finished shopping, click "To Checkout" next to the shopping cart. Check that your address and the contents of your order are correct. If you want to change the quantity of products, enter the correct quantity in the field and press the arrow to update. If you want to remove a product, click on the cross on the product row. When you log out, the shopping cart is automatically saved.
If you want to save the shopping cart to log out and then log in again and continue shopping, click Save Shopping Cart. The shopping cart will then appear under the Favorites tab, under "My Account".
Confirm Order
Select the delivery method, i.e., whether you want your order to be shipped on a pallet or in a postal container. You can also enter your own order number or a message to us at the bottom of the checkout, under "Other Information". When all the details are correct, click "Complete Purchase".
Receipt
When you receive the receipt, you know that we have received your order. This is the last page in the checkout flow. At the same time, we will send an email to the email address you provided during registration confirming that we have received your order. Please print out the receipt that appears on the screen and save it.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice or in advance after customary credit checks. If you are already a customer with us, payment is made according to your usual procedures.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, products are delivered as soon as possible from our warehouse.
Order History
You can see your previous orders under "My Account". If you click on an order, more detailed information, including all order lines, will be displayed. You can copy an order and use it as a basis when you want to shop again.
