Customer
By submitting a customer application, you provide us with your personal information so that we can make a decision regarding registration. In cases where we reject your application, the information will be deleted. If we register you as a customer, we handle the personal data you provide to process your order, send your payment details to our bank, and enable you to place orders in our webshop. Your details are also saved to streamline future purchases. We use your email address to send our newsletter, any offers/promotions, or other important information that may be valuable to you.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us to, for example, cancel your subscription to the newsletter or close your customer account. Read more under the heading "Recall personal data". You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the email.

Your account will be locked after six months if you don't make any purchases.

Ambassador and Sponsorship
By providing your personal information when applying to become our ambassador or for sponsorship, we handle the information to make a decision regarding potential collaboration. In cases where we reject your application, the information will be deleted. In sponsorship cases, your personal data will be deleted when no longer needed to achieve the purpose. If we must retain the data due to legal requirements, the handling of the data is restricted. When we make a decision on collaboration, we handle the personal data you provide so that you, as an Ambassador, can fulfill your mission and enter into agreements, and to inform you about interesting products/news. We also use the personal data for you as an Ambassador or in sponsorship to send articles to you without requiring you to fill them in again in subsequent purchases. You can choose to withdraw your consent at any time. Read more under the heading "Recall personal data".

Member of one of our customer clubs
By submitting a customer application through our form, you consent to the collection of personal data. We save this information to register you as a member or make a decision about registration. Once registered as a member, we handle your personal data to send membership cards and/or newsletters with valuable information for you, along with offers/promotions. In cases where we reject your application, the information will be deleted. If we must retain the data due to legal requirements, the handling of the data is restricted. Revoke personal data
Your personal information can be withdrawn by contacting our data protection officer. Due to civil and tax law legislation, we are required to retain your address, payment, and order information for the period mandated by law. Your personal data is then only stored to comply with certain legal requirements.

Temporary cookies

Session ID is stored, but cease to function when you log out. The next time you log in, a new session ID is created.
